Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' where you will be able to choose your method of payment.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
You will be sent a confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically according to the weight of your order and the delivery location. The Registration process will allow you to enter the delivery address, and thus permit the system to calculate the Shipping costs.
Please note that for orders for delivery to any offlying islands an additional charge may need to be paid separately. This also applies within the UK to The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any offlying islands. We will notify you if this is the case.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery: All UK orders will be delivered within 3-10 working days from receipt of payment in full, subject to availability and confirmation. International orders are subject to individual delivery quotation depending on location. In the event of any items being out of stock we will inform you and give you an estimated delivery date. In the event that the estimated delivery date is not acceptable to you, you may cancel your order without liability to Mosaic Trader UK. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of this contract.
Delivery will be to the shipping address as confirmed in the order. Please ensure that you provide an address where someone will be present to sign for receipt of the goods. The delivery company will usually make three attempts to deliver and/or will leave notification of the attempt to deliver.
Please note that delivery can take place any time Mon – Fri between 9.00am and 5.30 pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We are unable to offer timed deliveries.
If the buyer refuses to take delivery or fails to give the information or instructions necessary for the delivery, Mosaic Trader UK shall be entitled to store the goods at buyer's risk and expense.
Unless we are negligent in advising you of delivery dates or delivering the goods to estimated delivery dates, Mosaic Trader UK does not accept any responsibility for lost working time or the cost of third parties, in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed or postponed.
Orders should be checked on delivery and any missing or incorrect items should be notified to Mosaic Trader UK within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy
Mosaic Trader UK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund of goods. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Remittance Terms
Payment: All orders require payment prior to shipping. You may choose to pay instantly with a credit or debit card through PAYPAL. Alternatively select "PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER" or "PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER". You will then need to make your arrangements through your bank or post office.
Orders will be dispatched on clearance of monies.
